A problem well-stated is a problem half-solved. There's an art in gathering input and asking the right people the right questions.
Connecting
Creativity is the connecting of previously unconnected ideas; not trying to catch lightning in a bottle. It's more predictable than you think.
Creating
Too many ideas die in the darkroom, waiting to develop. At a certain point, you have to take the risk and put it out into the world. Be brave.
